Phase 01 – Resurrection Protocol

• Launch the Respawn.bet dApp with initial pools of dormant tokens sourced from verified on-chain archives.

• Deploy smart contracts governing betting mechanics, oracle integration, and reward distribution.

• Begin community formation and early incentive programs. Integrate Leaderboard and Pump.fun launches into dapp.

• Push Marketing and establish.

Phase 02 – Revival Season

• Introduce “community respawn” challenges where users compete to revive selected tokens.

• Start daily spaces using the dapp with community and getting community to compete.

• Expand multi-chain support beyond Solana and Ethereum, improving on-chain analytics and historical token indexing.

• Launch updated respawn website.

• Continue to market heavily with focus on twitter expansion.

Phase 03 – Adaptive Narratives

• Enable streaming on the respawn dapp in the same style as Pump.Fun Live, truly cementing Respawn.bet as the antithesis to Pump.Fun.

• Integrate sentiment data, social feeds, and narrative tracking to enhance prediction mechanics.

Phase 04 – Eternal Cycle

• Launch the RespawnDAO — a fully autonomous governance layer directing new pool creation, reward structures, and ecosystem expansions.

• Evolve the protocol into a perpetual on-chain game of resurrection and rediscovery.

• Integrate PVP clashes and a CTO league to the dapp to find out who truly CTO’s the hardest!
